Modelling and Simulation of Flow through a Flowbench in SolidWorks

 

Grid  Dependency  Test:  The Test is done at Valve Lift  =  0.001 m for three different Mesh SetUp.

 

Mesh SetUp:           (1)  Number of cells in X Axis  =  16

                                    Number of cells in Y Axis  =  18

                                    Number of cells in Z Axis  =  10

 

                              (2)  Number of cells in X Axis  =  32

                                    Number of cells in Y Axis  =  36

                                    Number of cells in Z Axis  =  20

 

                              (3)  Number of cells in X Axis  =  48

                                    Number of cells in Y Axis  =  54

                                    Number of cells in Z Axis  =  30
